1 · Controller

2 · The principle of this site

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services and makes no connection to any third-party server when you visit. Everything you see — fonts, images and videos — sits on this website’s own server. That’s also why there’s no cookie banner: there’s nothing to consent to.

3 · Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. When you visit, the server automatically processes the technical access data your browser transmits:

IP address of the requesting device
date and time of access
name and URL of the file retrieved
amount of data transferred and a message on whether the retrieval succeeded
browser and operating system used
where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer)

This is technically necessary to deliver the site and ensure it runs securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. The host deletes the log files automatically after a short time.

4 · Visitor counter

This site counts its visits with a simple counter I wrote myself, running on its own server. To do this, the page loads a tiny invisible image (z.php) when you visit. All that is stored: date, hour, device type (phone or computer) and, if you came via a link from another site, that site’s domain — nothing more. No IP address, no cookies, no entry in your browser, no profiles, no sharing with third parties. Visits from search engines and other programs are not counted at all. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in knowing whether anyone is reading at all).

Every page of this website is counted separately: if you read several chapters, you’re counted once for each chapter. So the counter knows page views, not people.

5 · Fonts, images, videos

The fonts sit on this website’s server and are delivered from there — there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider. The same goes for all images and videos. Nothing is loaded from a third-party server and nothing is transmitted to third parties.

6 · Newsletter

At present there is no newsletter and no mailing list. No email address is requested, collected or stored on this site. No mailing service provider is embedded either — no connection to any such provider is made when you visit the site.

If you write to me directly instead, section 9 applies. As soon as a mailing list is set up, it will be described here beforehand — with the provider, the legal basis and how to withdraw consent.

7 · Advertising and affiliate programmes

I currently have no affiliate programme and no commission agreement with any manufacturer. The companies named in the “Four makers” section are not linked, and I earn nothing from any of them. Should that change, it will say so here and next to the company concerned — not before. No tracking takes place on this site.

8 · External links

This site links to Amazon and to jonika-venturis.com. The operators of linked sites are solely responsible for their content and data protection. The link alone transfers no data — data is only transferred once you click a link.

9 · Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries. I delete the messages once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

10 · Your rights

You have the right at any time to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, with effect for the future. To do so, contact the email address given above.

Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
